Default engine replacement

hello guys!
i just bought a chevy lumina 1998 for $150
has a gone engine even though it starts and runs.
the guy who had it had never changed the oil on it so the poor thing could do nothing but to make a hard noise and now still has it. the guy did change the oil after but nothing to do, the noise is like crashing metals all the way in.

now the help i need from you guys is that i'll need some instructions (tips and tricks) to remove the old engine and to put the new one.
any help would be appreciated.
thnx
