Default Help please

I have a 1999 Chevy lumina it runs hot and now when the ac is OFF it sounds like it is revving the engine, it has also started giving me issues starting and will stall after I start it

The Engine Hot AC Off warning light indicates that the car's electric cooling fan is malfunctioning, and as a result, the engine is running hot or overheating. Notably, overheating is the top cause of engine deaths globally. Thus, you should take immediate action when your engine overheats
