Question Hey Guys!!

Just bought a used 03 fire engine red monte ss fully loaded, original old guy owner with 88k on it -super clean/garaged/non smoker..paid 7,000..Should be a great car huh? Any issues with these cars to watch out for?
Carfax only shows Catylidic converter replaced at 77k and thats it.

Oh and what i really want to know is this..The red SS symbol and specially the monte carlo signatures are the same red as the car! yuck!! It honestly looks like somebody painted over the insignia but i know thats the way it is..soo i would like to replace both sides and trunk emblems with black i guess (cause the mirrors are black) is this a do it yourselfer job? and WHERE can i locate the monte carlo side and back signatures?
Anyways hi to all and hope to hear from a guy who knows his stuff!!
