Just bought a 98 Monte Carlo whit on white...

I just bought my frist chevy Monte Carlo, it's a 98 with 99k on it very clean. My thing is I had to change the battery and now the radeo/cd player is in "Loc" mode, how do I ge the radio to work...........

You might have to dig the manual out on this one or contact a dealer. My guess is it's an antitheft feature if it loses power.
