Default Lumina rear jerk

Hi everyone hope someone can help to save me some money . 97 Lumina towed a car and of course the tow rope got wrapped around the two bars on the driver side and bent them severely . Well after replacing the bars and the struts the rear of the car jerks back and forth when hitting bumps . Any ideas ? sway bar ? Trailing arm ? Does this car require a rear alignment ?Trying to fix for a lady friend on a budget .
