Default misfire in #1 cylinder

has anyone had a problem with just one cylinder and just the number one cylinder that had a misfire. I changed plugs and spark plug wires. the only time that it happens is when I step on the gas and when I am above 60 mph.

Faulty spark plug or wire
Faulty coil (pack)
There are many reasons and causes for this issue:

Faulty oxygen sensor(s)
Faulty fuel injector
Burned exhaust valve
Faulty catalytic converter(s)
Running out of fuel
Poor compression
Defective computer
