Default Need some input

I had a sbc 350 rebuilt for my 86 Monte Carlo about Two years back I droppped it in and primed it a month or two later but I never started the engine I’m going to start working on it again want to know if I wire it up and start the engine will it cause any damage to the rebuilt

I would leave ignition disabled for a bit,crank it many times,that should prime it again
