Default New cd player..

Ok so I installed a new cd player a while back..and the mount kit it came with makes the cd player stick out like 1-2 inches so I can't even use the cup holder underneath it and it looks horrible. I can't seem to find any better mounts. Has anyone seen a mount that fits properly? The cd player has tons of room, I have no clue why they made the mount so horribly ugly. I got this off of crutchfield. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I attached a picture of what it looks like.

Yea unfortunately installing an aftermarket radio cancels out the cup holder. Best suggestion i can give is to buy a aftermarket "center console tray" from ebay to put your cups of coffee.
