hello. i am new to the forum. i have a 1995 lumina with a 3.1 liter engine and 146,000 miles. it doesnt go into overdrive. the other gears work and shift properly. the overdrive will kick in once in a while and work for a short time but then for months it wont. also the cruise control will work when the trans will shift into overdrive and will not work when it wont shift into overdrive. any help will be greatly appreciated as i now work 50 mi from home and the extra gas mileage would be nice. thanks in advance.
