Default Passenger Seat Heater Stopped Working

Got this nice Monte Carlo in summer . Both seat heaters were working at the time. The other day my friend flipped the switch on the passenger side, seat heater, stopped working. Went the easy route. Located the fuse and replaced it even though it didn't look blown. No Good.

I would like to know what else needs to be troubleshooted. If anyone has access to a schematic that information would be appreciated.

I have seen an entry on the NAIOA.com website, regarding repair to the wiring that joins at the seat heater pad i believe for Impalas. However i would like to diagnose it by checking the components that make up the circuit.

Thanks
