Sorry if this has been gone over before I'm in a bit of a hurry in no time for a good search. Yesterday I hit the remote starter button and turned the ignition out of sequence sequence that I think through the remote start bypass module out of whack.

Right now the passkey security light is flashing and all the relearn attempts have failed. I have waited 10 minutes dozens of times and the light never stops flashing. I am thinking of looping in resistor to bypass vats I have the value but there is a remote start and remote start has its own bypass module. maybe i should figure out how to wipe it and reset it?

I am by far not the electrician I am wondering maybe it would be best to not cut any wires or mess with that and get someone versed in these matters involved instead, thanks for reading, any advice is appreciated.

 

I talked to an audio guy today. He said to unplug the remote starter modules and that will eliminate them as security gremlin. I just did and no change. I disconnected the battery to leave it sit a bit. Stopping at radio shack tomorrow for resistors...
