Where does this hose go?

1997 chevy lumina. Put car back together and seems like i have a vacuum leak. Refered to diagram and it appeaes i have everything hooked back up. This is the only loose hose i can find. Any ideas?
Looking to see if anyone knows what this part is called and where the hose goes
