I believe that the windshield washer pump seal for your '96 Lumina is key #16 on gmpartsgiant.com. It looks like it's a $1 part. God I'd love to say that more often when it comes to the price of auto parts!

Thank you very much. Looks like dealer item, parts said he has them, buck and a half. I am just happy it wasn't one of those "have to buy the complete unit". I now when I replaced lower intake gasket, the O rings for the fuel rail were $17.
