Default '07 Door insulation

Hi,

We just bought our 4th Suburban...a 2007 LTZ. Obviously we love these things! Our most recent Suburban was a 2003 LT fully loaded. My question to you '07 owners is this: Do you think the insulation in the doors is adequate? Our '07 allows in much more noise from surrounding traffic, stereos, voices etc. than our '03. The other thing I noticed is if you are standing outside the '07 you can almost understand the stereo word for word, even with it at a low volume. Are there others out there that have found this to be a problem, and if so what have you done about it?

Welcome to chevroletforum.com!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes I have noticed this myself. Not sure what the solution is. I would post this over in the surburban and tahoe (Basically 99% same) sections of this forum for more responses. Good luck
