08 Equinox fans not working
Hey folks, have a problem with 08 Equinox 3.4. Coolant fans are not working. Here's what we have done/checked/replaced:
checked relays and fuses, 2 fuses were blown and replaced. These fuses were for the fans. Relays are fine. Replaced them as well. Fans will come on with a relay jump. Temp gauge works fine. Fan wires and connectors are fine. Checked all over for bad wires, none found. Suddenly codes: P0315, P0102, P0036, P0481 and P0480 popped up on scan tool. After mich research and several mechanics, we decided to replace PCM. Done that and nothing changed. Interestingly, trying to erase the codes kills the running engine. Codes will not erase. Now we have a new PCM but still all the same problems. What next??

The ac might not come on without a fan, I am not sure, but thinking that. That aside, does it run "ok" with the MAF sensor unplugged? the 102 code is just low performance from the maf. You replaced the pcm, nothing, other than the codes will not reset? Have you disconnected the battery, and let it set for awhile?
