My oil pressure wire harness has a pink/black wire and an orange wire. Was this configuration designed for a light or a gauge. The truck has a oil pressure gauge which is not working. It's always pegged at max PSI. Don't know the history of the truck. Maybe it had an instrument cluster with an idiot light. Put a new OP sending unit in, no help. Swapped OP gauge with another gauge cluster but it still peggs at max. Any help/insight would be appreciated.
