Typically you'll find them above the oil filter or at the back of the block near the intake manifold.

On your 2002 3.4 Monte Carlo LS, the engine oil pressure switch is typically located near the oil filter. It shouldn't be too hard to spot once you locate the filter. Just look for a small sensor with wires coming out of it.
