Hello everyone. I seem to be having a problem with park assist. Being the way i am. Rather than try to figure out whats wrong i purchased a new wiring harness and new sensors. However, It still does not work. Have since had a backup camera/radio installed to bypass the situation but im tired of seeing the warning lite blinking at me on the DIC display (Service Park Assist). Any takers

Seriously, I dont know a thing about Park Assist. Then again I am a very seasoned professional driver, who has blind-sided and backed semi-trucks into dark warehouse docks,
I have no use for such a device. BTW, if I did know how to fix your issue, I would post it here. Hopefully someone else here can help you out, Mr. Eckstrom.
If you haven't done so you should scan your codes with an OBD II device to see if any codes pop up.
if you have a mechanic stethoscope...you can put the scope on the sensor and hear them clicking when in reverse...if one isn't clicking..swap asensor with a clicking one...if the fault follow the sensor...replace the sensor. if the fault does not follow the sensor...get the codes read.
probably give it a shot once the weather cooperates. Should be able to feel them i'm told as well. I did replace the wire harness and all sensors with new ones. which make it hard to understand why there is a problem..
