Default 2008 6.0 Silverado oil pressure issue

I have a 2008 6.0 Silverado with 200,000 miles. I bought it 2 years ago, one owner, and I've had 0 problems. Within the past year I've put 3 oil sending units in it. Usually, as soon as I turn on the key the oil pressure gauge moves barely. When I start it, it never builds oil pressure. I put 3 sending units in and it kept fixing the problem until now. Now I have no oil pressure whatsoever and I can't tell if motor is making noise because I have an exhaust leak. (Look, I know I have other things to fix). Please help. I can't drive my truck when the gauge shows 0. I have not tried a manual gauge yet, I'm trying to find one. Any help is appreciated.

You'll notice right at the top of the page, it says "This section is not for help threads" in big red letters.

What you want to do is click the "Forums" menu at the top of the page and select Current Chevy Trucks, then Silverado, then 2007 - 2013, then the orange "New thread" button.
