2009 Silverado Front speakers and chimes.

I have seen others with front speakers, chimes and turn signal tone cutting in and out on a Silverado, but nothing on how it was repaired. Warrenty is expired and the dealer cant tell me if the extended warranty I bought will cover the repair costs. 16000 miles on the truck. Good quality control GM. Can anyone offer some insight?
