Default 2009 suburban Ltz 1500 low oil pressure

Hey guys I'm new to this so bare with me . I have recently bought a 2009 suburban with about 160k on it.The truck is running great except for this low oil pressure problem . When I first bought it the oil pressure sending unit was not working so the inside gauge was reading zero . I replaced the sensor and got a low reading like between 10 and 20 psi at idle with the engine warm . Still getting the code for low oil so I went and removed the sensor and pulled the Screen filter underneath it was pretty dirty I cleaned it with degreaser and compressed air put ever thing back and still low oil pressure checked oil level with is perfect I'm stuck what should the next step be the problem is my registration is up in a few days and I need to get it inspected in order to re register it please any help would be greatly appreciated
