My 2009 Suburban's (no power lift) gate quit working about a month ago. The glass and the wipers still work. We have been wondering if it is the switch or broken wires at the gate so last night we pulled the junction box off and if we put direct power where the fuse goes we can open the gate.

Is the fix getting a new junction box? ideas?
