My 2500hd starter getting a service stabilitrack and traction control light. it is running really rough and the engine light is flashing had been running fine went out to start it during a heavy rain and this all started any help old be appreciated.

 

a flashing mil means the engine is misfiring. an engine management fault will cause the traction and stability controls to be disabled. fix the misfire and your golden.

Mouse had chewed through injector wires.
