I couldn't find any info in previous threads, so I thought I would start a new one. I have a 2012 Equinox and the left rear side door a jar indicator is on. I've searched every video and forum and used WD40 to clean and lube the latch as everyone has said. When I shut the door, the door ajar light is still on, but when i open the door and close the latch manually, the light goes off and shows that the door is closed. Is there a way to make any adjustments? The door is tight straight and level. I don't understand why the door ajar light is on with the door closed, but yet when I open the door and close the latch manually, the light goes out. The switch obviously works, any suggestions or has anybody had this issue before?
