2013 exspress 4.3 drops#4 cylinder

Scanner codes open injector circuit # 4 tested harness at the spider plug with a test noid # 4 stays lit all others flash on crank swapped ecu with known good part no change my suspicion is engine harness : Mouse in the house! Any ideas?
