hello my malibu’s trunk keeps popping open ever time the car is park. Can someone please help me with this.

I have 2015 Chevorlet Malibu. And just recently my trunk is just popping open when the car is in park and it is getting quite concerning. Can someone please help me with this. Thanks

 

the bcm supplies power to unlock the trunk based on input from:
-the switch/trunk release button
-the fob
try this:
-unplug the trunk button and see if the problem goes away; if not...
-remove the battery from the fob and see if the problem goes away; if not...
-go to the dealer and have it diagnosed by a professional. they may have service information about a repair for this concern.
