Question 2018 chevy express van

Hello everyone,

I am installing a Scytek,Astra 4000 remote starter on my 2018 chevy express have run into a snag with the start wire I can seem to locate below is the van wiring
there is 2 pink wires one pink wire reads 12 volts with key in the on position and drops down to zero during cranking than back up to 12 volt after starting
other pink wire reads a constant 4 vdc constantly regardless of the switch ignition switch position as you can see from the wiring below one pink wire is ignition
other is second starter I would expect the starter wire to show plus 12 during cranking, than off after engine start. if anyone can shed some light it would be greatly appreciated

Starter violet (for starter kill only) + starter or underhood fuse box, lt. gray 56 pin plug, pin E1

Second Starter pink (R Code) (see Tech Doc 1605) +9600 ohms ignition switch, black 6 pin plug, pin 5

Ignition pink + ignition switch, black 6 pin plug, pin 2

Accessory brown + ignition switch, black 6 pin plug, pin 3

Second Accessory same as second starter +6300 ohms Keysense same as second starter

Thank you in advance

Please use a more descriptive title like "location of ignition wire". Maybe throw in the odd period ...

From the main page click "Express & G-Series Vans"
Click the big "New Thread" button at the top of the page.
