4x4 problems help
i have a 04 chevy silverado 1500 1/2 ton i have replaced the transfer case shift motor the front axle actuator the selector switch the control module cleaned the grounds checked the 4wd fuse and i still cant select nothing on my selector switch it runs it cycle then goes dark it has auto 4wd running out of options rather not take to a shop has any one ran into this problem please help

i got it figured out what was going on was the computer was fighting it self i had to put the truck in nutrual and input a new transfer case shift motor and it fixed my problem the truck was saying it was in 4 hi and the transfercase motor was saying it was in 2wd if u pit the truck in neutral u can also take a pliers and shift the transfer case to get it lined up which is a pain in the butt

i had my my front drive shaft from the tcase to the front diff out tcsm out put truck in neutral and u should be able to shift tcase into neutral mine was the star fitting so i had to be careful not to strip the splines macanic said put a shop rag between pliers and tcase so u dont stip tcase splines for the tcsm
