69 chevelle won't start.

Default 69 chevelle won't start.
I have a 69 Chevelle with a 74 to 78 350, not sure exactly. I just replaced the timing chain and got everything lined up, it's getting spark and gas maybe too much gas. It still won't start, I'm at a loss. The plugs, distributor cap and rotor are all new. It turns over just fine. I'm looking for some ideas. It's possible the timing is still off but I don't think it's that far off.

There's that big red print again - maybe it should flash on and off and make noise?
