Hi my name is Todd sometimes my truck runs sometimes it don't lol it has 275000 mi a msd ignition sometimes when I go out it starts and runs fine other times it will spit and spider and die and will not start back up or it will start up run for a minute and die and will not restart anyone have any ideas thanks

 

When my 93 Sub 5.7 did this (for a few months, progressively got worse) it was the ICM in the distributer. Don't know how that applies with MSD ignition. Have you checked fuel pump/pressure? When it is not starting, when you turn key to on (not start) do you hear the fuel pump prime?
