My truck has been doing hard starts only way it will fire is if I spray starter fluid into it has new fuel pump fuel filter in it just did new tune up new battery new distributor

the acceleration is slow to take off an while driving I was told tps sensor could be bad idk just asking for help I can’t figure this problems out
