i have a 1999 chevy silverado that has a hard time cranking always. it always takes twice for it turn over and crank. the first time it never cranks unless it has been recently turned off and is still hot. i was thinking it was a weak fuel pump. but i've checked fuel pressure and its where it is supposed to be. is it a fuel pump going bad or injectors or what?? help please. thanks.
