Default ABS and Brake Light on lifted silvarado

I recently bought a 2007 Chevy Silverado with 7.5 inch lift and 37 inch Tires. I am getting a ABS and Brake warning light on Dash at about 50 MPH

hooked up Diagnostic tool and I have a C0245-00 error code.
I set speed at 60MPH on highway and had the following readings

Right Front wheel speed is 54.5 mph
Left Front wheel speed is 54.7 mph
Rear wheel speed is 62.7 mph
GPS speed is 63 MPH

Not sure if any values have been tuned after lift and larger tires were installed, but previous owner said it started about 4 months ago.

Since fronts are equal, I am assuming those sensors are ok
Since real wheel speed and actual GPS speed are equal, I would assume a tune was preformed and the tires were accounted for.
I am thinking that this problem is from a front to rear wheel speed differential error

Anyone have similar experience
Thanks in advance
