hello guys , i recently purchased a chevy tahoe 07 LTZ ... the battery that came with it was a 70 amps AC DELCO i was just wondering whether this battery is small for such a big car ?? the second thing is please i have shipped the car to the middle east and i need a cd for map guide any suggestions where i can find a GM cd guide for middle east roads ? thank you very much for you time ...

 

Most cell phones today have a built in GPS. Why not use that instead?

 

yeah ur right old chevy ... but i prefer using the built-in one to enjoy the use of it while i can ... any idea concerning the battery though ? thnx anyways

 

If you need a 70 amp battery you will also need an alternator to handle that. Not too up on newer stuff, I know 140 amp output alternators are available, so you'd be well covered for a 70 amp battery/load.

On the gps side, I'd suggest Garmin, or other. These maps can be updated (with subscription) as needed via a PC. I had a Garmin Nuevii when I was working. Not promoting anything, just an easy after market fix.
