Bent push rod in MY NEW 2021 TRUCK 5500 miles

MY NEW 2021 Z71 TRUCK 3 months old...a lifter problem...hydraulic lifter collapses causing the pushrod to move out of alignment and bend. I am hearing its happening a lot.
This just happened to me and my 2021 Z 71 Texas Edition 5500 miles.......they are saying it will take 12 days just for parts and prob 10 days to fix .... question... if it happened once could / will it happen again? Im worried

This is BULL ****! I buy NEW so I don't have problems like this.... I may be DONE with this company. I should've bought a Tundra... #Lemonlaw

The dealership has now helped me out with a loaner
