Angry Bent push rod in MY NEW 2021 TRUCK 5500 miles

MY NEW 2021 Z71 TRUCK 3 months old...a lifter problem...hydraulic lifter collapses causing the pushrod to move out of alignment and bend. I am hearing its happening a lot.
This just happened to me and my 2021 Z 71 Texas Edition 5500 miles.......they are saying it will take 12 days just for parts and prob 10 days to fix .... question... if it happened once could / will it happen again? Im worried

Was this engine the 5.3 or the 6.2?

Same thing happened to me, on my 2021 Trail Boss with only 5,800 miles, but we live in Texas and it happened while on vacation in Colorado, onstar advisor said just drive it back to Texas, but I took it to dealer in Colorado Springs, and they said it would not have made it, they fixed it in two days, but it was snowing, and had to settle for 2 wheel drive loaner, I will definitely remember this when I am looking again !!!!!
