Brake squeal when not engaged?

Hi all,
Was driving home with the windows down sometime ago, and noticed a peculiar issue: When my brakes are NOT engaged (pedal not depressed), there's a squealing noise a lot like the wear indicators, but it goes away when I press the brakes (on drivers rear side only). The noise is still there after I have replaced the front and back brakes, calipers, rotors, emergency plate and rear axle bearings

"there's a squealing noise a lot like the wear indicators, but it goes away when I press the brakes (on drivers rear side only)." Means you need to replace pads.
