Default 2000 4x4 silverado rear u-jnt.?

When I take-off from a stop it feels like something in the rear-end is hung-up, then it releases. I first thought it was the brakes but I just put new brakes all around including parking brake shoes. It's not the paking brake.

Any ideas?

Thank you,

i have the same problem with mine yet still to get it looked at.
i hear its the u joint for me, i have 82k miles and it slips.
when i take off it jerks in the rear sometimes and even makes a rubbing
sound sometime. does that sound like what yours does?
