Braking /bleeding issues OBS Tahoe 4x4 LT
Hello everyone, i am a young man tying to rebuild a crash damaged OBS Tahoe (1999 4x4) and i had a question, about a year ago, i bought my tahoe, and in the process of the rebuild, i had my friend swap rims from some rubber bandy flashy rims, to some 2006 stock tahoe rims, and in that job, his cordless torque gun he was using, to put my new rims on, must have had a dying battery by the time he got to the last rim, because 130 miles later while going 90 mph, i basically had my wheel studs round off the rim/snap, and fall off. and almost died lol, but when i finally got the truck to the side of the road, Still trippin from what just happened, my brake pedal started shooting backwards, whike i was still pressing them, and put my knee in my chest damn near, and went back down to normal, but has been spongey ever since, after a full rear end brake job, and replacing everything from the backplate to the rim on both sides, i spent hours, trying to bleed my brakes, to no avail, even with my dads help he couldn't do it, still spongey, and very little brakeage, i then noticed air bubbles and a hissing sound, when i hit the brakes coming from the master cylinder, and it feels like im just running off of either 1 or both front brake pads, what i would like to know is most likely did i ruin the master cylinder, brake booster or both, and whats the best way to test them, because those boosters are a few hundred dollars, And i dont have alot of money, but i need to get it fixed, any suggestion, thank you.
