My uncle's 2005 chevy silverado 1500 has a buzzing/whining nosie that comes and goes. The sound seems to come from the dash on the passenger side (?) But not sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you!

 

With radio on, or off?

 

Both. When it off and when it's on.

 

Could be a relay buzzing, is there a fuse box on that side?

 

Fuse box is on the driver's side

 

Does it come at any specific time such as the A/C is on or anything else?
