In our Chevy Express 1999 van, the battery goes down every 3 or 4 days if not charged or used. Battery is good and tested well. I have isolated the problem to dome lights circuit by measuring the current flow with all systems off. With Van all off, the current drawn is 190ma. (0.190 A). If I remove the fuse the current goes down to 30ma which is normal. This means that lights or the controller is drawing 187ma.<o

Where is the controller located to find out the cause of this excessive current flow? Any tips to help solve the issue will be appreciated.<o
