My truck broke down and instead of repairing it my father thought we should both purchase trucks from Chevy Dealership. Few days after purchase I called and asked for help do to tires were completely dry rotted and fell off in the inspectors fingers and mine: seamed unsafe for road travel to my daughters and I. Breaks, cv and frame were bad. I was told no help could be given. I paid for repairs to pass inspection and then it broke down a couple months later. I asked for help and Chevy said no help could be given for the repair while I had it sitting at a repair shop with a price of over 8K. It sat for a half a year and I called begging saying how I was loosing my business and then again when I lost my home and was told no help could be given to get it out of the repair shop. I got it out and it broke down again. I called again and was told no help could be given. I just tried again with GM complaining and they stated to contact the dealership where I got it from to assist me with any refunds to previous bills of repairs I made. lol they won’t help I paid over 15k in repairs on this truck and never today have missed a payment on their $28k. Someone help me please I’m living in a motel with one of my daughters now do to this and taking care of my other baby girl from afar. Our life’s are torn from this. A truck will give me a fighting chance to work and get my girls a home again to bring us back together.
