(Chevy) Newb
Hey All and thanks to the Mods for accepting me into the group! My real name is Charles. As my username implies, I'm new to the world of Chevys. I've always been a Mercury Cougar guy and have owned several '67-'71 cats. When I sold my last one a few years ago, I figured my classic car ownership days were through.
However.....
The entire 9 years I have lived in my current home, I've always admired a neighbor's ride every time he'd go down the street in it. Even though I never knew his name or ever visited at his home until within the past year, his car would always get my attention when I was out in the yard. Unfortunately, due to bad health, he decided to give up his baby, but didn't want it going to just anyone. He wanted it to go to someone that would appreciate it as much as he did and cherish it. After pricing it to me at a price that I felt was a complete steal, I became the benefactor and so starts my journey into the Chevy world. I look forward to it and any words of wisdom/advice from all of you on here. I'm sure I will have plenty of question!! LOL!!
Thanks Again!!!
