Hello all
I am a new member and looking for advice on a 98 c5 with an issue of cranking for 10-15sec before starting. Use to start up right away. I will say that the car was sitting for about 2 months and now seems to do this every time

it probably has fuel leakdown. cycle the key to run 4x, to prime the fuel rail, before starting. if it starts normally, you need a fuel pump.
