My 1989 Chevy surburban 4x4 350 has major electrical problem. During our recent cold snap 18 degrees the starter died the nose cracked off and I replaced it. Now I have no power to the starter, radio and instrument panel. I have checked both batteries and wires all are good. I use a TMax dual battery controller which also has no power. The starter was pulling in a real strain befor it broke. Any ideas would be appreciated.
