emissions
1991 silverado won't pass emissions.replaced fuel pump,cap not rotary.ecm.always passed.has sat for a year.any suggestions?

What exactly is failing? What type of emission testing do they do in your area. ie 5 gas analyzer, I/M check for monitors passed? etc
if its for a mil, post the code.
