My husband restarted the battery, in doing so the car would not turn over, nor the key would not come out of the ignition. The radio and front headlights will turn on but that is it. We had an mechanic look at it and he thought all the fuses looked good, we replaced the battery and the coding machine would not work. Have you guys ever ran into anything like this. Thanks.
