I believe it's the evap purge canister. try rock auto here in the states.

I doubt you'll find one in Holland. And many junkyards here in the US don't have vehicles that old in inventory. Most only go back about 15-20 years. The best advice is to try RockAuto or similar sites. FWIW - RockAuto does list one for $61.79. Now whether it is in stock or not may be another story.
