fuel pump?
greetings, i have a 99 astro van 2 wheel drive, 4.3 vortec
yesterday it ran fine. today i get in and shes bogging down like its missfireing, it stalled about 200 feet from home. i got it started again and took it home. it was jerking, trying to die. i first checked the fuel filter...it was good. now it wont start at all. could it be the fuel pump? i can hear it turn on but it sounds loud.

Spray some starter fluid or gas into the throttle body, if it runs for a few seconds then you probably have a bad fuel pump. Is the check engine light on? If it is what are the codes?
