I'm glad I discovered this excellent forum. Thanks to contributors for the great info I've found in the help threads. I do basic mechanical repairs and especially enjoy creating maximum cooling in failed AC systems. I own, repair and drive two 5.7L Silverado ext cab pickups, a two-tone red 92 2wd (280K) km and a rusty black 93 4x4 (480K km). Farming, Oilfield and several types of construction are in my job history. I enjoy designing, metal fabrication and effective, inexpensive repairs or mods to improve existing systems.
