Default hello

well, after I was supposed to buy a 2000 dodge ram 1500 sport, the owner backed out on me. So I am picking up my 1998 Chevy k1500 ext. cab, Z-71 with 155k miles this Thursday... It belonged to my cousin and is in great shape...

I am a former ford ranger driver, but grew up with chevys on the farm. The truck runs great, has a single flowmaster 40 with dual outlets, other than that no mods. pics will be up when I get the title in hand.

anything I should be wary of for this model/year?

Welcome to the forum!
Other than the intake manifold gasket, theres nothing that I know of that is a common troublemaker on that truck.

Make a ramp and roll the Vulcan in too. I always liked that body style. Your not supposed to use the term "boxy" and "streamlined" together, but those trucks carried it off pretty well.
